As a result of the development process for new buildings or for large building renovations, a new Record is created. A Record is defined as the data captured for a sub-division of a building or for a building itself as determined through the development process for a new building project. A Record has two main components: a Keyplan and the tabular data associated to it. This standard addresses the tabular data component.<\/SPAN><\/P>

This standard aims to achieve consistency around the data collected for major institutional and non-institutional projects (include Buildings and RENEW projects) across the University (Vancouver and Okanagan campuses and regional sites), and the format in which it is collected and stored across the University.<\/SPAN><\/P>
